Abstract

Boysan Multimedia, as an event organizing company, faces challenges in managing its portfolio and promotional media, which are currently unstructured, resulting in a less optimal professional image and limited marketing reach. This study aims to design and develop a web-based company profile website that serves as a central information hub and an interactive portfolio medium. The chosen method is Agile Development, which is adaptive to changing needs and user feedback-based, making it highly suitable for the creative industry. The system design utilizes Unified Modeling Language (UML) to define the system's structure and workflow. Testing is conducted using Black Box Testing to ensure functionality meets requirements and minimizes errors. The developed system successfully implemented internal content management system features and a responsive interface. This system has demonstrated improved efficiency in portfolio management, accelerated content update processes, and enhanced the professional appearance of the company's digital presence. Practically, this system offers a responsive digital marketing tool solution that can be further developed through the integration of a Content Management System (CMS) and visitor data analytics, supporting data-driven marketing strategies.
