Authors who publish in Mitra Teras: Jurnal Terapan Pengabdian Masyarakat retain the copyright of their articles without restrictions. Authors also retain their publishing rights without restrictions. By submitting a manuscript, authors grant the journal the right of first publication.

Each published article shows the copyright line © [Year] The Author(s).

License

All articles are published under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International License (CC BY 4.0).

Under this license, anyone is free to:

• Share – copy and redistribute the article in any medium or format, for any purpose, including commercial use;
• Adapt – remix, transform, and build upon the article for any purpose, including commercial use.

Under the following terms:

• Attribution – users must give proper credit to the authors and the original publication in Mitra Teras, provide a link to the license, and state if changes were made. Credit may be given in any reasonable way, but not in a way that suggests the authors or the journal endorse the user or their use.
• No additional restrictions – users may not apply legal terms or technical measures that stop others from doing anything the license allows.

The licensor cannot revoke these freedoms as long as users follow the license terms.

The license statement is shown on every article page and in every article PDF. It is also included in the article metadata, so that indexing services can read it.

What Are My Rights as an Author?

Please read this policy before submission to understand your rights as an author. Mitra Teras gives authors the following rights:

• The author(s) retain the copyright to the article without restrictions.
• The author(s) retain publishing rights without restrictions.
• You are free to use the version of the article you submitted to the journal however you wish.
• You may post any version of your article (submitted, accepted, or published) on your personal website, your department's website, your institution's repository, or other platforms at any time, without restrictions.
• You may use the published article for teaching, presentations, and future work, and share it with colleagues, as allowed by the CC BY 4.0 license.
• When posting or reusing the article, please provide a link to the DOI of the published version in Mitra Teras.

Responsibilities of Authors

• The corresponding author must make sure that all co-authors have read and approved the manuscript before submission.
• Authors must get permission to use any material owned by others, such as figures, tables, or photos, before submission.
• Authors and their institutions are responsible for the content of the article, including any protected or confidential material, such as inventions that are not yet patented. The Editorial Board is not responsible for this material.

Third-Party Material

Material owned by others (for example, figures or photos from another source) is not covered by the CC BY 4.0 license unless the original owner allows it. Such material must be clearly marked with its source and permission in the article.
