Mitra Teras: Jurnal Terapan Pengabdian Masyarakat is owned and published by PT Mitra Jurnal Indonesia, a publishing company based in Jakarta, Indonesia. The journal was first published in 2022.

Management

The journal is managed by an Editorial Board led by the Chief Editor, Dr. Mawaidi (Universitas Negeri Yogyakarta, Indonesia). The Editorial Board is responsible for the scientific quality of the journal, the peer review process, and all decisions on which manuscripts are published. Day-to-day editorial operations are coordinated by the Managing Editor.

The Editorial Board consists of editors from universities and institutions in Indonesia, the Netherlands, and Belgium. Manuscripts are reviewed by reviewers from several countries. The full lists are available on the Editorial Team and Reviewer Team pages.

The university affiliations of editors and reviewers are their personal affiliations. These institutions do not own or fund the journal.

The publisher is responsible for the website, technical systems, DOI registration, digital preservation, and financial administration.

Editorial Independence

Editorial decisions are made only by the editors, based on the quality of the manuscript, the results of peer review, and the fit with the Aims and Scope. The publisher does not take part in editorial decisions. The payment of the article processing charge (APC) does not affect whether a manuscript is accepted or rejected.

Funding

The journal is funded by article processing charges (APCs) paid by authors. These funds cover the costs of peer review management, copyediting, layout, DOI registration, website hosting, and digital preservation. Information about the fee and any waivers is available on the Author Fee page.

The journal also receives support from PT Mitra Jurnal Indonesia.
