Abstract

Educational comics have several advantages, including the ability to create meaningful learning experiences for students. This research focuses on producing an educational comic design for physics learning on the topic of elasticity. The first step taken is to identify physics concepts related to elasticity that will be included in the comic. Subsequently, based on the analysis results, educational comics are designed to visually and engagingly present the physics concepts, utilizing images, text, and narrative that support active learning. After the design phase, the comic is illustrated based on the generated storyboard. The suitability of the comic's illustrations is assessed by instructional media experts. The comic is then revised according to the feedback provided by the instructional media experts. Finally, the comic is published on the webtoon platform. The research process results in an educational comic product as a suitable physics learning medium for the concept of elasticity.
